Talk to Gastroenterologist on Lower Abdomen Pain

I am suffering pain in lower abdomen in the centre where the uterus and bladder is located.. Pain is continues and increases with any movement specifically when i am sitting. Pain started after my miscarriage and d&c Visited so many gynecologist, urologist, gastro, pain management but they are clueless because all reports are normal. Tests done: ultrasound, xray, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy, ct scan and MRI. One doctor suggested laparoscopy or laparatomy, is there anything which can't be seen in tests? Please suggest me something i am tired of pain..
