Asking for Sister, Female, 22 years old, Lahore
My sister is suffering from Hep B, our doctor is not starting medicine because he thinks virus is not strong yet to be cured. What does this report suggest? As she is getting weaker day by day and we're very worried

Treatment of Hepatitis B depends on Viral Load ..... HBV DNA PCR (Qnt) is the Test which tells us about Viral Load and guide us whether to treat or wait.....
Report you attached is Ok..... But for Treatment decisions we need PCR and Ultrasound Abdomen....

i live in jeddah
2 months before i felt pain in my abdomen this was pain was not at a fix point but somehow here and there in abdomen i went a hospital and doctor told me it is ulcer
he gave me antibiotics but not releif then i go to a Hakeem he told it is not ulcer and used herbal medicines and got better. now again i am feeling pain in my abdomen espacially right side of abdomen
what is this please guide me
