Consulted a senior professor of gastroenterology who advised mebeverine HCl two times a day.Fampsin one tablet night time and atarax one tablet bed time...
What are the uses and benefits of these medicines...are they used to slow motility of intestines.
Secondly advised to immediately stop all milk and milk products use...stop salads intake.stop eating all fruits...

Can I take yogurt or is it banned in IBS and is banana also banned

Advised to eat bread with egg in breakfast
