Talk to Gastroenterologist on Interstitial Cystitis

I am unmarried, female,38yrs, working I have pain in bladder area/ frequent urination specialy in summers (many years) , bladder area specifically, in winter it subsides . Urine culture, DR , whole abdomen ultrasound, FBS all are normal. I searched for my problem I think its interstitial cystitis. Is there any treatment for it? This pain is effecting my life very badly. I have hyperacidity sometimes along with bloating, take trisil tablets occasionally, it gets better.
