Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hepatitis B

Hi Doctor, Recently and I applied for Saudia Arabia Visa they Asked me to go for medical First, I thought I should go to someone else lab before going to their recommend lab. Unfortanately I fond I have Hapatitus B but my PCR is negative. Is there any way to totally get rid of in the normal test too. and would doctors declare me as fit or unfit? Your kind answer will be appreciated. Thanks
