I have been suffering from a disease like hemorrhoids for more than ten years. Every year when it is hot or cold, I get it. Deflon and novidate bring relief, but it has been more than a month now. It is not getting better. Mokas. stool is very painful for four to five hours.

your issue will be addressed properly
1) please avoid using novidat for hemorrhoids.. Novidat is a strong antibiotic and misusing it like this is dangerous for yourself and the community.
2) avoid constipation. use ispaghul regularly with water at any time of day.
3) for reducing pain after stool, you can use lignocaine hemmorhoidal gel or GTN ointment
4) you need to see a general surgeon to see if you need band ligation.
