Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hemorrhoids

Dear doctor, three to four weeks ago i had a condition where soft feces (not loose motions) came 4/5 times a day. It continued for almost 10-12 days and after this, i started observing itching and pain on anal opening and a small lump. Doctor gave me anti histamine but now the other side of the opening is also swollen and immediately after the feces pass, they appear with slight pain but usually disappear after a few hours. I need to know how will it cure and what diet/medicine to follow. No constipation history and have regular exercise routine, still it's happening. Need opinion. Thank you
