Asking for Father, Male, 62 years old, Riyadh
My father had Nihari one day and then for the next 2 days his GIT feels disturbed and he has had 99 F fever which subsided yesterday but again presented today. Stool is less quantity than normal, and consistency is not completely fluid (not loose motion) but more semi fluid type. He also says he feels "garmi" at times, and also a bit bloated and belching is frequent too. He has no other problems and does not take any other medication. Does it look like a mild GIT infection that can be cured by flagyl/entamizole?

Aoa , give him azomax tab 500 mg once daily for 3 days , cap omega 20mg daily n tab motilium one thrice daily before meals for 5 days
