i have a gerd history, but since a day i am having continuous pain in chest, also feel pain while swallowing, heartburn and discomfort.
i have taken omega 40mg also gaviscon advance but not improvement.
the pain worsen while lying .... i am using inclined pillow, but the pain and irritation is continuous.
Hi , i m dr junaid , well... you need further testing before ... future treatment can be advised, as you are taking ppi already with no improvement
