So my gastrointerologist did my colonoscopy and said that everything is fine but im concerned that why does my report say colonic ulcers? Can a gastroenterologist interpret the report?

Abdominal pain and bowel movements are different each time sometimes it’s loose sometimes it’s pencil thin sometimes it’s hard sometimes it’s powdery. Rectum is itchy and too much flatulence. After eating there’s a pulling pain. There’s no blood in stool and no weight loss

I did a full course of antibiotics which included metodine teravid and entamizole and they did help but now again I’m having these issues..

Ok..Well I suggest that you should see me in person at my clinic. Or if not possible can discuss things in detail via online consultation. Because the things in your history and colonoscopy plus histopathology suggesting crohns disease however somethings like no weigh loss are against it. There are numerous other possibilities that can mimik crohns disease and present in a same way. Only a through and inquistic information ragarding the problem would help us to diagnose the condition reasonably. Plus I would suggest you some more investigations on stools sample that would help us as well.
