i wanted to ask about my sister, she was diagnosed with gerd a few months ago and has been taking nexum, famotidine, motillium etc. she has stopped now because nothing helped and she has lost a lot of weight as she can't really eat anything. She feels like there's something stuck in her throat all the time and swallowing is a whole ordeal

Kindly go for barium meal if it is fine then proceed for endoscopy and ask her to continue her medication
