Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenterology

Currently I was diagnosed with GERD my doctor prescribed me pantoprazole 40 mg and No Gerd 150 mg BID . I am taking med since 15 days. I had constipation for 3 days for which I took ispaghol in water and I passed stool yesterday. But suddenly I developed severe diffuse abdominal pain since yesterday night and had 6 episodes of diarrhoea . Now should I keep eating my medicines ? And what can I do for abdominal pain ? I will visit my Dr Tom as he is not available today.
