Assalaam u alaikum.i had throat pain with redness of tonsils.used azomax.after that my stool is always unformed.food comes undigested in stool.im a very old times IBS diarrhea or watery semi formed stool patient.Used flaggyl 400 mg twice a day for around 7 days but still issue persists...mostly when I get up early in morning I feel urgency of going to toilet.then immediately after toilet feel pressure again

Well your symptoms are quite overlapping. some of symotoms seem to occur due to IBS and some due to drug side effects. Plus there are some other possibilities causing symptoms mimicking like IBS. you should preferably be seen in person, or via video consultation, to discuss things reasonably and to reach some conclusive diagnosis. I suggest you to do that.
