Question for a gastroenterologist. For the last few days, I've had upper chest pain. The pain can be felt every once in a while but it is exacerbated by eating or drinking. It feels as if the air is trapped in the upper chest. The pain feels like pressure being applied to the upper chest when swallowing or trying to burp. What can be causing this issue?
