Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenterology

I am unmarried and have untreated anxiety issues and in Jan'18 i had right hypochondrium pain after dealing with stress for which i took risek 20mg for 10 days and it resolved, i started exercise and it helped manage my stress. In Dec'18 i was again under a lot of stress due to which i started to have pain in my RHC again but this time i had trouble eating, i didnt have pain in swallowing but occasional loss of appetite and heartburn and acid reflux upon eating heavy meals and spicy food accompanied by back pain and scapular pain,i went to a gastroenterologist who gave me nexium 40mg O.D and Mebeverine M.R 200mg B.D for 2 weeks saying it is dyspepsia, i took it for a week it helped a lot except when i ate my fill i had severe heartburn, severe backpain, bloating and abdominal pain this time in epigastric and LHC as well but then when i ate light and managed stress i was okay again about 10 days taking medicines, i stopped and thought i dont need them now but the 3 days i left them i ha
