Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenterologist/ Epigastric Pain
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Karachi
Please help out . I had this pain in middle of stomach lower the chest. If I don't eat I don't have it if I eat anything I start having this pain which is slightly gnwaing . Ben to gastroenterologist he suggested Esso 40 mg twice bessfam 20 mg twice and sulvorid 25 mg twice and one probiotic sachet quatic ... I'm having these medication from last 3 days but of no use. I become bloated after eating small meals. CBC and stool dr both are normal. Plus ultrasound is also normal.

If no medicine is helping then I need to see you first and probably you'll be needing endoscopy as well. For the time being continue with the medication. Try spasrid twice daily for pain
