My mother had Hepatitis C 5 years back and it was cured after treatment. Every year we repeat all hep C and hepB tests but unfortunately her prescription has lost. Can someone pls tell me the names of all the tests for screening? And also pls tell me PCR quantitative or qualitative?

You should test HCV QUALITATIVE PCR test repeated twice after the treatment 6 months apart. there is no need if repeating every year.
Hepatitis B is vaccine preventable disease so once vaccinated you may check vaccine response but again no need of screening for Hepatitis B unless very high risk professional exposure.
