Asking for Sister, Female, 23 years old, Karachi
My sister has H pylori peptic ulcers problem and she Had severe abdominal pain vomiting and bloody vomitings for which she was hospitalised. On the day of discharge her hb was 13 which was well within range but now 12 days later suddenly her hb is 7 . If it is due to bleeding ulcers what are the treatment options?

But She has no symptoms at the moment no pain nothing only she feels dizziness sometimes still endoscopy is indicated?
