Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastro+ Bad Throat

AoA..I Have had problems with stomach ulcer plus anxiety..but I have overcome over anxiety somehow..but now because of stomach ulcer I always have bad throat . At the same time I have problem with post nasal drip..I am confused that why I have always irritating throat always..Can post nasal drip creates stomach problem also? Plus please guide me which Specialist I should consult for.. Gastro, ENT or medical?? any sincere suggestions plz
