Salam doctors.mujhe 2 saal se stomach ka issue hai.gastric pain hota hai belly main.gas kharij nhe hoti hai.jiski waja se ghbrahat hoti hai bechaini.dil tez rahta hai.jalan hoti hai seene main.constipation b rahti hai.bloating.khana hazam nhe hota.bohot doctors ko dikhaya hai.sb tests hogy hai.endoscopy shows mild chronic gastritis.colonoscopy shows small internal hemorrhoids.gas kharij hone se aur stool khul kr ane se sakoon milta hai.lft rft sb clear hai.ultrasound shows excess bowl gas shadow seen.ab functional dyspepsia ibs c anxiety kahte hai.....please suggest treatment.....stool hpylori negative now.fecal calprotectin also normal.
