Talk to Gastroenterologist on Frequent Constipation

Since 2012 i am facing frequent constipation issue. I was facing acidity issue with every eatable item then i get endoscopy and find chronic infection in large intestine and doctor recommended medicine for that and then after some time i got relief from acidity but constipation yet not solved. Most of the time i faced constipation. Protein in my diet is very limited and most of the time use vegetables, yogart, fruits. Water intake normally is 5 glasses but after extending i did not feel any change. Sudden get normal and sudden stuck with constipation. In my family almost 70% are facing it or its drinking water quality issue or something else..
