thanks dear...needs more information about your symptoms to differentiate supra gastric and gastric belching.treatment is different for both conditions.for now you need to avoid carbonated drinks,gums,candy/eat slowly/avoid smooking/take walk after eating.and avoid belching as much as you can intentionaly.contact me after 2 weeks about your symptoms
