Keep a diary with you, record any specific food or situation worsens your symptoms.

Get tested for Celiac disease. TTG and Total IGA level krwa lein.
A dietary diary will help you to identify the culprit causing these symptoms. Lastly adopt a healthy life style.

no constipation only diarrhea yes sometime burning sensation feel like mucus stuck in throats chronic cough and mucus after taking tea etc lying down on stomach in night

Get urself tested for antiendomysial, anti ttg & antigliadin antibodies to rule out wheat allergy. plus start taking tab Levopraid 25 mg Before lunch n dinner & cap risek 40 mg before breakfast. Avoid spicy foods, tea, Soft drinks. Elevate the head end of ur bed with 4 bricks on either side. Donot lie down inmediately after taking food. Start exercise on daily basis
