W.salam. Well it would have be easier to understand the underlying cause for her fobt positivity. findings fobt positive without gross bleeding in the stools with such young age is an unusual thing. It may be possible that she may not need any of above tests that you mentioned. A simple flexible sigmoidoscopy however; can give the answer instead.
I suggest you to discuss further patients details like her symptoms , duration of symptoms onset; before I can recommend you any further testing.

Well you have predominantly has gaseous symptoms. Occult blood does not change the color of stools. and It is not uncommon to have change in color of stool with certain diets containing coloring agents. Do not worry about that.

Dr what do you recommend next ? What do you think what cause of bleeding? Even h pylori and fecal calprotectin normal? Can I do ct colonography instead of colonoscopy? Or ct enterography is more good quality option because it can see small bowel too?

Well the tests you mention are almost same to a radiologist.
You should get a ct enterography then. The other test you tryiny to say is ct enterocolysis which is cumbersome and requires a tube placement in your stomach and day long preparation.
You better go with ct enterography. But do ask the if radioloist is able to interpret the results..Not every radiologist is expert in it

I suggest you to consider seeking another opinion before going any tests. If you want I can discuss you in details while provoking pertinent details. since you were concerned about which test to get done that why responded you in that way. You did not ask whether it is required or not

Agree with Dr Lohana
However if scan is to be done to avoid endoscopy then it would be more appropriate to do CT colonography which will look at large intestine which is most common site of pathology e.g IBD plus sigmoidoscopy ideally.
