Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation

Assalam-o-Alaikum doctors. In my teenage, I go the washroom after 7-8 days but now I started to control this habit but this control won't last I started getting constipated and this constipation started getting severe. 3 months ago I started using Skilax 20 drops as a laxative but since last month I can't feel the urge to go to the washroom so I continuously started taking Skilax but this time 15 drops only after 3 days gap every time. I also feel a lump in my anal area after constipation. My area doctor prescribe me ITP OD 150mg 1time a day Meteospasmyl 2 times a day Lacasil sachet 1 time a day For one week but it didn't work. and only Sikilax drops works. I'm really afraid that if I got dependent on this laxative. Please help me. I am really afraid I feel no urge to go to the washroom. Please help me.
