my son has constipation since 2 days and his tummy seems swollen its 4am and he is very uncomfortable cannot sleep, he was given duphalac 10ml after dinner but no stool passed, how can i help him at this time till morning when clinics will open
giv him butter ..yogurt banana in diet fibrous fruit of season ..cucumber .carrot other vegetables too honey in warm water or milk also helps .food in desighi is also good like paratha etc ..avoid packaged foods like breads chips biscuits etc
