Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Sahiwal

AOA. I have a strange issue for a week....I have normal stools in morning and its hard...a bit of constipation....But everyday in the evening after eating meal i experience loose and watery stools ...sometimes its not as watery as diarrhea but its very thick and its not normal....And strange thing about which i am very confused is that i feel constipated and strain a lot to pass that thickish watery stool.....Is it constipation or diarrhea??its like constipated diarrhea.....I have been facing this problem for 8-9 days... My diet is normal... what are the reasons for it? How it can be cured??

Aoa.if u don't have any nocturnal diarrhea (night diarrhea) or any warning symptoms like weight loss or dnt feel hungry ,low Hb,fever , bleeding per rectum or mass like feeling in belly then it is most likely an infectious or functional cause.Avoid sweet food in diet.and consult with your doctor for any infection.Regards
