Talk to Gastroenterologist on Chronic Pancreatitis

An year ago I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and gallbladder sludge. Dr gave me creon 10000 for pancreas and no treatment for gallbladder sludge as he said that it’s okay like tgis for now. Now I feel very uncomfortable irritation on my stomach and it’s very tender nowadays and a slight pain in back or left around pelvic bone too sometimes. I don’t want my mother to be tensed so I don’t tell this to her. Please advise me a medicine which can quickly solve my problem? And please honestly tell me will I die soon or will I be able to live a long normal life?
