Dear All,
i have constipation problem since very long time i have use skilax & duphalac but no improvement wash room daily ek time se jata hu.. faragat k bad i feel k pori trha se khali nhi ho saka.. khane pine m zara c la parwahi krta hu to pain k sat stool pas hota h please suggest me what should I do

get an stool examination along with ultrasound abdomen
1) Do you have any other medical problems like sugar or blood pressure or asthma or anything else?
2) Do you take any other medicines apart from those you have already mentioned?
3) check serum TSH (from Aga Khan lab), serum calcium, serum albumen
4) Take ispaghul 2 teaspoons daily at any time with water, and syrup cremaffin 2 teaspoons at night.
