Aoa dr symptoms are chronic abdominal pain , motion , gas , gerd , persistent bowel infections , weight loss , heart palpitations from 1 year. H pylori: negative. Celiac disease : negative Stool D/R : normal Stool occult blood : positive Esr : 23. Stool calprotectin: 23 Cbc : high eosinophils What the disease? Or Need any more test?
It would be easier to diagnose her case If I have more details about her illness.

and to what foods she feels these symptoms. Durattion of symptoms.
Given normal fecal calprotectin suggest low possibility of inflammation within the bowel howver the test can come falsely positive and thats why a close relevent history would help to establish the diagnosis.
