I have first of all mucus problem the white mucus come out when I try to cough, the picture is attached below: secondly I ate oily food 3 days ago which result in my upset stomach, I feel heavy stomach, sour taste of mouth and when I burp the water or food whatever I eat comes a bit inside from mouth. Also I have breathing problem I have to put efforts while taking breath I checked my oxygen saturation it was fine... I went to nearer hospital he took me mucaine and risek 20mg but the problem still consists.

No palpitations no nausea, but when I sleep sometimes I feel like my breath I can’t take it proper, sometimes it stopped and I wakeup suddenly

pls start cap omega 20 mg twice daily
syp gaviscon advance 1 tsf thrice daily tab librax 1 tablet at bed time
tab domel thrice daily
above should be taken for 5 days at least

But this white mucus I don’t understand why it comes out, is it possible for you to tell me the reason..? And why I feel my breath stopped while sleeping?

this is because of reflux
should settle down with meds

Aoa , spitting out mucus is not a serious problem dont u worry ... for gi upset use pelton thrice daily before meals , avoid fizzy drinks , citrous containig fruits , dont eat upto full stomach .. n for mucus take steam inhalation ..

Was thanks for your reply. Actually when this mucus gathered out in my chest it cause difficulty in breathing then I have had to take syrup Hydrylin to clear my chest. How can I get rid of it please.?
