Aoa, medications dont give life time cire .. u have to take precautions like stop frizzy or sugary drinks n dont eat upto full stomach avoid foods like cauliflowers beans try to add yougart in ur diet ..

I try to eat limited and with all posible protiens carbs dairy and good fat in diet. i love yougart. I felt that skipping roti reduces bloating and eating just a half of chapati do the same.
It creates mental stress a lot. and tight belly do the same.
