Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anxiety/palpatations

From past couple of days the person I am REFERING too has been feeling nauseous and has a feeling of gabhrahat all the time. Having Butterflies In stomach, and dizziness with light headedness too. Can someone plz help with what she shld do or who she shld consult. This feeling of unease only goes away when she sleeps. Else it’s persistent Almost all day and increase after meals esp.
