Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anus Irritation

I am facing anus irritation sometimes burning,itching sometimes comes after stool n sometimes nothing,it comes n goes on n off Smelly gases Smell in stool too bit from normal routein(smell is also not daily sometimes smelly sometimes normal) Stool is bit dark brown in colour Stool sometimes soft and sometimes hard Im so upset Taking esomaprazole and coloface from 4 days twice. A day But no improvement Pls help n guide Feel burning on bumps too when there is no itching in anus Sometimes burning itching into anus then no burning at outside Too confused n tensed Should i wait for more few days for the medicine to effect or go to dr again
