Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anorectal Mass And Polyp

6month ago I have pain in anal region and itching.stool 3 time a day no bleeding.got checked,fissure diagnosed.treated with GTN cream.then suddenly I month ago I felt a mass in anorectal region. 2.4cm in diameter.checked in Nishter Hospital Multan they took biopsy of anorectal mass.but right after biopsy sever bleeding start.got admitted in emergency bleeding stop after a week.biopsy shows no melagnancy,but some inflammatory cell they suggest look for fistula.CT scan revealed anorectal mass 2.4cm in diameter 5.9cm from anal verge, and a polypoidal growth 9.1cm from anal verge.now plz tell what would be the possible treatment of this issue .right now I have no bleeding or pain in anus.
