Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Fissures

Feeling pain in anus since two to three days, there was a minor bleeding initially and today same pain is going towards penis as well. Passing stool is very difficult these days due to extreme pain, I don't know what is it but feels like an injury to the area. Should I visit the doctor for this or have medication at home during this lock down.
