Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Bleeding

I have been experiencing on and off rectal bleeding after passing stool since eid. It is fresh blood which comes on stool and when I wipe. I also experience pain in the anal area and on checkup my doctor said that it’s anal fissure. I was prescribed dalizen a week ago which stopped the bleeding. Today I passed large stool and the bleeding started again. The second time I went to the bathroom today I also noticed that my stool had mucus which was mixed with blood. So my question is that do anal fissures also cause mucus mixed with blood? For further information I just had my colonoscopy in November 2018 as I was experiencing on going diarrhoea which would also come with blood at times. My coloncopy was clear and everything was normal with no polyps.
