when ihad jaundice,then i got fine but one day i had high fever so i took two tablets of malayria then after that i got ill then i went to the karachi's famouse gastroentoroligist he said i have enlarged spleen nd my Hb went so down it was 7 then i visited many doctors i got treatments nd suddenly i had an accident i fell from the bike my head hit the ground and there was no bleeding but it was bleeding inside i got blood clotting in my brain so i went through a surgery on that time during operation my platelets count went low but then i recovered spleen is fine my HB is 10 i keep checking my CBC and LFTS after every 4 5 montha..SGPT ALT everything is absolutely fine but one or two time my LFT showed slightly increased doctors said its just because of oily foods my eyes turned slightly pale because i have low iron.. im tired of visiting doctors ive consulted karachi's famous haemotologsts speacialists gastroenterologists but all they say is leave oily things eat fruits and veggies
Hi.You really need to visit qualified gastroenterologist bcoz it could be fatty liver but again it needs to be confirmed with Ultrasound as well.By the time eat less fatty food and consult coz u have significant past history which needs to be explored in detail

How is your serum electroporesis report ? Are your suffering from Thalassemia? Send all your record after going all your record i can diagnose and might be we need to some more test .

My doctor had done my thalassamia/hepatitis tests aswell..i dont have any of these...

If you are at karachi please see dr Hussnain Ali Shah or Dr Zaigham Abbas to see you and diagnose your problem. May require admission in hospital

All they hve diagnosed is i have folate deficiency anaemia not only one dr but diffrent doctors said that

Salaam.. I m from faisalabad. I m suffring from pile disease from last 3 years. I used alot of medicine. I m much conscious about my diet due to constipation. But i m not relief.. There is a fisher around my anus due to pile or constipation.i have to take syrup related to constipation daily. If only single day i forget to drink syrup. Then my condition become worse, because of constipation and pain in fisher. I m so much worried because of my this condition. Doctor i request you please suggest me treatment and what should i do.
