I am having issue of acid reflux,gas and bloating since last two years..my GP recommend me esso40..I am taking it twice a week.The problem is when ever i left these med..i feel like vomiting and stomach pain with gases..attached are the reports
tab italon 5omg twice daily
tab colofac one tab once daily for 7 days
increase intake of fresh green leafy Vegetables
take more salad
exercise more
take dinner two hours before going bed
