if needed start tab zantac 150 mg twice daily before meals

In pregnancy dyspepsia symptoms usually aggravates..so focus on dietary pattern...dnt eat spicy meals..dont take tea coffee..small frequent meals...u can use esomeprazole in pregnancy..its category B drug..bt try to take any medicine less frequently

I would advise to avoid these medications in pregnancy . The safest is Famotidine 40 mg daily instead
Brother don't worry it's a common complaint during pregnancy, only take espagol 2 times a day, more water still not subsided then Syp. Mucaine 2 tsf before meal, don't take any other medication.
