Talk to Gastroenterologist on Acid Reflux,heart Burn

I want to tell about acid reflux when ever i eat some spicy food or fizzy drink i had a chest pain or burning sensation near chest .i know its heart burn but i take nexum 40 mg for it but its happen once or two times a week so what should i do ?Some times i feel nausea feelings , pressure on the heart side when i take nexum every thing settle down. I had anxiety agrophobia , from past 2 years but taking fluxotine helped me alot .but allhumdulliah anxiety is gone .but some times i also feel panic .should i go for some test or something else pls help me .i want to get rid of it.
