Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdominal Pain

I am having constant pain in my upper abdomen and the pain from upper abdomen shifts to the left side of the belly button and the pain is constant since 4 5 days and along with pain i was having minor bleeding too in my urine which was not my periods. i have already visited clinic and the doctor prescribed me .Novipraz tab .cycin tb .meteospasmyl tab .peptigon syrup .dexibu syrup i took this medicines for 3 days , now the bleeding has stopped but the pain is still there . 2 years back i got diagnosed with gall bladder stones too. kindly suggest me what is the cause of this pain, is it because of the gall bladder stones or there is any other reason .
