Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdomen Pain

My father is suffering from severe abdomen pain from last 3 4 days. It goes down lower part of the abdomen sometimes up and back ribs side. It revolves around and when it starts it is too severe. He visited General physician on 27th he prescribed some medicines. He is taking medicines. It's 3rd day.. There is no much difference.. Only temporary relief for some time. Today he is again complaining of pain and don't like to eat anything. Feels like vomit. No doctor is available. We are thinking of ultrasound after 9,10 muharram. Can you please tell what pain it is? And should we go for ultrasound? Prescription attached
