Girl age 11.eyes pain. Occasional redness issue. Water comes from eyes. Burning and itching in eyes. Eyes shrink in size apparently. She gets same issues every year. Give her femicon and occudine. after few weeks issue gets resolved but again after every few months same problems arise.sneezes a lot as well. Consulted eye specialists in last few years but all said it's life time issue always in allergy seasons. Kindly advise shall we again start femicon and occudine.
This is typical case of allergic patient

you can start after consultation with ophthalmologist ? he should examine her eyes on slitlamp
u can try other drugs for possible good reults.. its not life long.. it subsides with time after a few years.. u are to use drugs to control it.. but keep in mind that femicone which is flouromethalone is a steroid and can not be used continuously.. u are to reduce its dose gradually otherwise it can cause glaucoma in eyes.. if ocudine is not very effective u can use KETOT edps instead.. which may help.. u can use ketot continuously with cautious use of femicone.. thanks dr farhtullah eye specialist naseer teaching hospital peshawar
Most likely a case of allergic eye disease. medication can be used to improve the symptoms. Also keep in touch with an eye doctor.
You can use Ocudine eye drops once daily for few months. This a kind of allergy. It usually subsides after few years. Normally after 14 to 15 years of age.
There are other diseases associated with it.
If you feel your vision is not ok, you need to see an Ophthalmologist.
