Depends on the procedure and the surgeon doing it.. 2ndly without checking can't tell anything.. You need to be atleast 20 yrs old. With stable number and shouldn't be wearing contact lenses for 2 weeks for initail checkup

Refractive surgery if u want to join army
If you want to join army then do not go for laser surgery, because then you will be permanently unfit.
