Red eyes can be due to many causes including infections also. So it is better to get examined first than trying using over the counter drops.

The most common cause for your symptoms is blepharitis which is inflammation of lid margins. The best treatment is keeping your lid margins clean and if not improve using medications.
the tiredness of eyes depends on your routine work and nature of work.
