this swelling looks superficial. is your vision affected? if not just take panadol and apply  warm compresses. if your gynecologist allow ibuprofen then you can take that. if it involves the eye with redness then topical antibiotocs are needed. so just stay safe and on conservative treatment as you are pregnant.
