Talk to Eye Specialist on Recurring Stye

Asking for my daughter who is two years old. A stye appeared on her left eyelid last month. I cleaned it with water and used a warm compress 3-4 times a day and it disappeared after a few days. It then reappeared again after 2 weeks on the right eyelid. Did the same and also applied polyfax eye ointment at night. It disappeared as well after a few days but now I am noticing it forming again on the right eyelid. Please advice what should be done and why is it recurring again and again?

I take care of her hygiene and I do not use a towel on her face so nothing dirty comes in contact with her face.
