Talk to Eye Specialist on Itchy Eyes, Floaters

AssalaamuAlaikum. My eyes have been itchy from time to time. I went to an eye doctor in saudia last year and did an eye exam and according to him it's just dryness & prescribed me artificial tears drops. Sometimes I will feel some pain in my eyes too. And for quite a long time now, i've been seeing like some kind of floaters whenever i look at the bright sky or bright white surface, but it don't bother me that much. The itchiness & sometimes pain in my eyes started just like a year ago. Attached here is a photo i got from google which is somehow looks like the floaters i've been seeing. I showed this to that doctor that I'm seeing this on my vision, and he didn't comment or say anything and just told me i have eye dryness. Is this something to worry about? JazakAllah khair.
