Thank you for asking. This is lid infection called chalazion. Use this medicines Tobradex eye drops 1 drop TDS for 1 week, Nebra eye ointment at bed time for 1 week, Tab. Augmentin 375 mg TDS for 3 days, Tab. Chymoral Forte TDS for 5 and apply hot compression 3 tines daily 5 minutes each time.
